Police responded to the Frog Pond around 5:30 p.m. when a guy got on the ice for some skating clad only in a bikini.

I don't think its illegal to be in a bikini in public. Does anyone know what he was charged with other than bad taste or maybe a health code violation?

That doesn't mean that he was even arrested. They may have done a well-being check and some convincing to get on some warm clothing, etc.

Tripping balls? Hazing incident? Who knows.
