Crews on rescue boats search for person in water off Castle Island, but good Samaritans may have actually convinced him not to go in

Crews on BFD, BPD, Massport and State Police boats began searching for a person in the water off Castle Island around 9 p.m.. Then State Police found witnesses who reported they saw a distraught man on the rocks about halfway between Castle Island and the Sugar Bowl rotunda - but that they were able to talk him out of going in.
