Rat cities to compare notes

New commenting turned off as we begin the Great UHub Migration. Back later today.

WBZ reports Boston ISD and Public Works officials whose portfolios include dealing with rats are traveling to New York for a rat summit of their counterparts from other big cities plagued by, no surprise, rats, to see if they can pick up any good rat tips.

I prefer steak tips.

In this age of austerity where we now only get one rigid trash bin (that doesn’t latch) could the flimsy “overflow (fee/tax) bags” be a lure and a mechanism for rat population distribution?

Also, it used to be a rare sight to see stains from where drivers dump their commuter cups of old sugary, milky drinks in the Dunk’s and Starbuck’s parking lots, but there’s been a post-Covid/delivery app folk explosion of this unsanitary behavior. Rats come for the promise of sugar milk and stay for the nearby dumpsters.
