East Boston Savings Bank, 515 Centre St., around 3:50 p.m. The suspect is described as a black man in his early 20s, about 5'6" and wearing a gray hoodie.

How many times is it for this place? I can recall a few in the recent past. I've looked at the building to see if there is something in its design that lends itself to this activity but nothing occurs to me other than that they have random clip art inspired decorations on the windows.
